Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 5+ years in cloud support engineering, technical support, cloud operations, or SRE-adjacent roles
  • Experience with SAP core modules, SAP-BRIM, or other ERP/Finance systems
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS-based cloud solutions
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across APIs, networking, identity, OS, and cloud services
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes
