Base: $57,500 - $113,900; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and annual bonuses; Benefits: health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
4 to 6 years relevant experience
Active DoD Clearance required
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
3 years experience in composite bonding or adhesive assembly
Familiarity with adhesives used in sandwich structures
Working knowledge of NDT methods relevant to bonding
