Job Summary
This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of critical process equipment and utilities supporting research and development activities.
You will lead day-to-day plant engineering support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and start-ups for process equipment and utilities at the CSL Melbourne site.
The position requires strict adherence to cGMP requirements, cleanroom principles, and safety standards while acting as a liaison between R&D and Global Engineering teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
5-7 years experience in plant operations

Experience with complex bioreactors and filling lines
Understanding of FDA, TGA, and OGTR regulatory frameworks

Experience with Siemens PCS7 automation systems
