Job Summary
As an Expedited Freight Coordinator, you are responsible for tracking and tracing and ensuring on-time freight pick-up and delivery for national accounts.
This role is tasked with transferring the trailer to another driver who is legally capable of finishing the trip when there is concern that a customer’s freight may not deliver on time.
Key responsibilities include monitoring service exception reports, identifying critical loads at risk of delays, and coordinating timely trailer swaps with nearby drivers.
