Job Summary
In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned and act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks.
You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met while collaborating with your leadership team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
You are expected to work a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts and be able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office.
