This leader is responsible for providing strategic leadership and executive oversight of the cross-functional engineering teams based in India.
The Executive Director will contribute to the overall BIT business and technology strategy, lead delivery execution, and provide local leadership across multiple engineering teams.
This position is designed to scale BIT delivery capability, strengthen cross-regional collaboration, grow regional technical talent, and ensure that the CIEC organization operates in tight alignment with BIT global goals, culture, and engineering standards.
