Job Summary

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing hands-on HR support while contributing to the delivery of key people initiatives across the organization.
  • Partner closely with management to support the full employee lifecycle and promote a culture of performance, engagement and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.
  • Support key annual HR processes such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, training initiatives and workforce planning, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.

Key Requirements
