This role ensures local operations align with global standards, regional frameworks, and country-specific laws while managing two director reports.
The position requires leading the facilitation of the Enterprise Risk Management process and serving as the primary point of contact for Corporate Audit and Assurance Services.

Must-have
5-8 years compliance experience
Knowledge of APACMed PhRMA EFPIA regulations
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Experience with third-party vendor risk
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Law or Business
Nice-to-have
Experience in matrixed multicultural environment
Familiarity with digital tools and data analytics
Certification in compliance ethics or IAPP
Strong stakeholder management skills
