Prysmian is seeking a Quality Manager for a multi-site role in Canada, responsible for developing and executing quality strategies across various production facilities. This fully remote position involves significant travel and aims to ensure compliance with industry standards, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of quality

Job Summary

  • Develop and execute the strategic quality vision across multiple production facilities, ensuring consistent implementation of quality systems and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality KPIs across plants, drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, and champion Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Mentor and develop plant quality managers and teams, foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and quality ownership, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve systemic issues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Multi-site management experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred - French and English speaking
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, or other relevant standards
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ Certifications a plus
