Key Requirements
10-15+ years Real Estate industry experience
Deep retail real estate lifecycle knowledge
Leadership in Corporate RE Outsourcing or Facilities Management
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Experience managing $200M+ OpEx and Capital Spend
Experience managing 100+ team members
