Job Summary

  • Leverage deep technical expertise to solve complex manufacturing challenges, drive technology insertion, and ensure the manufacturability of next-generation products from the earliest stages of design.
  • Investigate and resolve production line-down situations, assembly problems, process deviations, and tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedule.
  • Provide support to Supply Chain in the technical qualification and development of critical suppliers, assessing their process capabilities to meet demanding engineering requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing
  • Understanding of GD&T
  • Experience with MES
  • Knowledge of Oracle or Teamcenter
  • Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)
