• Minimum 1 year hybrid retrieval systems
• Minimum 1 year building agentic AI systems
• Experience with MCP servers or agentic harness frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years' work experience)
