Monitors key notification dates, trigger clauses and all critical dates as it relates to all real estate transactions and leases.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years in Commercial Real Estate
Paralegal with commercial real estate emphasis preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to read basic building plans, contracts, regulations
Experience interfacing with city government or officials desired
Strong experience reviewing, administering and negotiating commercial leases
Basic understanding of land use, zoning regulations
