Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in Commercial Real Estate
  • Paralegal with commercial real estate emphasis preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read basic building plans, contracts, regulations
  • Experience interfacing with city government or officials desired
  • Strong experience reviewing, administering and negotiating commercial leases
  • Basic understanding of land use, zoning regulations
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently
