Job Summary
You will play a key role in the technical expertise and capability of the Quality IT team, which delivers solutions for NXP’s Quality organization, driving improvement of the quality business processes, translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, secure and maintainable IT solutions.
As Business Process Expert (BPE), you are the crucial link between NXP’s business processes and IT solutions.
You will combine your learning and understanding of the quality business processes with your technical insights and expertise of IT Technology and the NXP solution platforms to translate evolving business needs into future-ready IT solutions, working with external partners and within Agile teams to incrementally deliver features and improvements on the Quality solutions.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Information Technology
Bachelor or Master in IT, or equivalent
Knowledge on quality process concepts
Knowledgeable on Semiconductor business and manufacturing
Adequate understanding of project management techniques (SAFe / Prince2)
