The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program tailored to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
The role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities while maintaining good communication among employees, residents, families, and external agencies.
The Activity Assistant also supports quality assurance efforts, assists in discharge planning, and helps maintain a clean and orderly Activity Department.
