Job Summary

• As a SHEQ-RM engineer, you will be part of the management team in Antwerp, reporting directly to the site manager, with the primary task of ensuring compliance with legal regulations and Air Liquide standards for safety, quality, and environment.
• Key responsibilities include training, controlling, and adjusting personnel, project teams, and contractors to meet standards, acting as the primary contact for ISO and customer certifications, and managing industrial risks through risk analysis updates and action implementation.
• You will collaborate closely with production and maintenance departments, maintain contact with the Operations Support team, and actively participate in incident investigations to propose preventive measures.
