Railway depot design experience
Management of designers and subcontractors
Integration of architectural MEP and railway engineering
Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
Experience with Permanent Works consents

Experience with digital deliverables management
Proactive risk and change identification
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or Architecture
Demonstrable knowledge of discipline coordination principles
Experience managing complex railway station buildings or depots
