Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for the nursing assistants.
Work with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Coordinate infection control surveillance program and provide direct resident/patient care.
