Job Summary
As the Doors and Windows Business Unit HR Business Partner, you will provide support to the organization to enable development and engagement for the manufacturing and sales functions for multiple sites and teams.
You will be responsible for positive labor relations, employee engagement action planning, supporting salary recruitment, talent development, performance management, investigations, compensation and merit review, and supporting HR within the assigned value stream.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in general Human Resources
Experience in a unionized environment preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, Finance, Business, or other related degree
HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
Knowledge and experience with employment and labor law
