Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas.
Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas and receive additional training in areas like Cardiac Dysrhythmia, Chemotherapy, and Critical Care courses, with a 25% bonus for regular, worked hours floating.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing
Current Valid RN License
Two (2) years of RN experience
Flexible with work schedule including weekends
Excellent charge/leadership skills
Basic computer skills
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
