  • Under minimal guidance of experienced country consultants, contribute to the business through application of analytical techniques and methodologies on a range of projects across the Organizational effectiveness service offering.
  • Deliver OE consulting projects across domains like Job Evaluation, Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Engagement survey analysis, Assessment and Development centre, Performance Management System by working closely with country consultants.
