  • Ensures accuracy, completeness, and verification of demographic and insurance information, and prepares patient check-in documentation.
  • Facilitates patient communication, guides patients to services, and schedules appointments to ensure proper and accurate scheduling.

  • Medical insurance and/or hospital registration experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience in a hospital setting
  • Minimum 2 years in GCC (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
