Facilitates patient communication, guides patients to services, and schedules appointments to ensure proper and accurate scheduling.

Key Requirements
2+ years previous Patient Access experience
Customer Care/Patient Relations experience
Experience with electronic health records
Medical insurance and/or hospital registration experience
2+ years customer service experience in a hospital setting
Minimum 2 years in GCC (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
