7+ years clinical operations experience

Key Requirements
Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in Illinois

Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (CNP/NP)
7 to 10 years leading clinical/administrative operations
Willingness to obtain DEA number and collaborative agreement
