This role leads the pricing and membership teams within Contract Administration and is also responsible for running the Wholesale initiative.
The person in this position manages Contract Administrators, helps ensure customer contract pricing and membership updates are accurate and timely, supports onboarding of new customer groups, and works across teams to improve processes, maintain compliance, and support reporting, audits, and employee development.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to support employee performance and career growth.
