The role of Transplant Pharmacist provides direct support for abdominal transplant services, including kidney, liver, and pancreas transplantation, across both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Pharmacists also participate in transplant selection committees, quality initiatives, process improvement efforts, and the development of policies and clinical protocols.
This position actively participates on the healthcare team as a pharmacotherapy expert to provide quality patient care in area of specialty.
