This role integrates Owner’s Representative and Construction Management responsibilities, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and operations stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline OR Two years of hands-on install/testing/validation/troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, and/or electrical infrastructure
Minimum of five years of additional related experience
Strong working knowledge of commissioning processes
Skilled in using construction management software such as Procore
