Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing project management and oversight for practice transformation initiatives and organization wide strategic initiatives including professional development and performance management.
  • Will act as a point of accountability for delivering large scale, complex, and cross-organizational projects and/or strategy deliverables on time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or healthcare related field
  • 3 years process improvement and project management experience
  • ambulatory care environment experience
  • LEAN and change management experience
  • Master's Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related field (Preferred)
  • 2 years supervisory experience (Preferred)
