The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and process improvement within an ambulatory care setting.

Job Summary
Responsible for providing project management and oversight for practice transformation initiatives and organization wide strategic initiatives including professional development and performance management.
Will act as a point of accountability for delivering large scale, complex, and cross-organizational projects and/or strategy deliverables on time.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or healthcare related field
3 years process improvement and project management experience
ambulatory care environment experience
LEAN and change management experience
Master's Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related field (Preferred)
