Job Summary
The Business Control Office (BCO) is a front office function reporting to the Divisional Control Officer (DCO) in Corporate Bank with the primary objective to advise the front office i.e. Sales, Coverage and/or Trading desks and its Management by maintaining a robust Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Governance and Framework as part of the first line of defense.
BCO’s mandate entails fundamentally the identification of NFR risks such as regulatory, conduct and systemic risks, the definition of mitigation processes for those risks, and the development, implementation and monitoring Level 1 controls where required.
