Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years proposals or bids experience
Leading complex EOI and tender submissions
Civil construction industry background
Advanced writing and editing capability
Managing gated review processes
Nice-to-have
Tertiary qualification in communications
Experience with SharePoint document control
Mentoring junior proposals coordinators
Strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement
Cross-regional collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience in proposals or bids role
Ideally within civil construction or related industry
Tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, marketing or related discipline (desirable)
