Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
The role requires accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.
This position involves providing PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators while maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
