  • A Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) is to provide residents routine restorative nursing care, assisting them with exercise to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • The RNA will also assist with elimination, skin care, and preparing residents for medical tests and daily activities, reporting significant findings to the Charge Nurse.
