A Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) is to provide residents routine restorative nursing care, assisting them with exercise to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
Essential duties include assisting residents with transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
The RNA will also assist with elimination, skin care, and preparing residents for medical tests and daily activities, reporting significant findings to the Charge Nurse.
