  • The Sr. Director serves as the enterprise-wide leader responsible for developing, standardizing, and advancing the Project Engineering and Chief Engineering functions across the organization.
  • This role establishes the tools, processes, training, and technical development framework that enables Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, technically rigorous program execution aligned with Business Unit and Product Line strategies.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
