Base: $71,000 - $80,000; Bonus/Equity: Potential annual bonuses and stipend work opportunities; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree required
Two years HR experience
Knowledge of labor law and ADA
Workday or similar HRIS proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Nice-to-have
Public school system experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel to school sites as needed
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
Minimum two years of human resources experience
