Job Summary

• Drive national business development growth for Absa Vehicle Management Solutions (AVMS) through the identification, coordination, development, and successful conversion of tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and large structured procurement opportunities.
• The role is accountable for managing the end to end tender lifecycle—ensuring commercially sound, compliant, and competitive submissions—while partnering with sales, product, risk, and operations teams to position AVMS as a preferred fleet management and vehicle leasing provider across the South African market.
• Ensure all tender submissions comply with Absa policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements, managing adherence to procurement rules, B‑BBEE, ESG, and contractual obligations.
