Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing and administering SCI’s health & welfare plans, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary plans, FSA, HRA, COBRA.
The position will be the primary vendor contact and manager of our benefit partners/insurers, and will also be responsible for researching, evaluating, and administering company benefit programs.
Functions as a liaison between vendors and associates, acting as a Tier 3 resource for responding to associate inquiries and reviewing 2nd level benefits appeals.
