Job Summary

• The International Rescue Committee (IRC) supports clients to become financially independent through financial education, credit building, coaching, and providing low-interest loan products.
• The Financial Capability Intern will support the program by providing financial coaching and counseling services to program participants, including leading workshops and a women's empowerment program.
• Interns will learn about personal finance topics, IRC casework, refugee integration, cross-cultural communication, individual coaching techniques, and financial systems navigation.
