As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes and support deviation management and Manufacturing Excellence.
We work five days per week from the office to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions, while balancing flexibility and fostering an inclusive culture that champions diversity and collaboration.

Must-have
GMP manufacturing experience
Supervisory skills development
Adherence to cGMP and safety standards
Manufacturing process proficiency
Continuous improvement and problem solving
Team contribution and leadership in matrix environment

Experience with FDA regulated quality systems
Clean/sterile environment experience

Key Requirements
Science/Engineering degree or relevant practical experience
Experience of GMP manufacturing
