Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Extensive engineering experience in regulated environments
  • Strong expertise in Configuration Management principles
  • Experience across sustainment and acquisition programs
  • Background in Defence domains such as Air or Maritime
  • Understanding of systems engineering lifecycles and baselines
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance and architecture
  • Experience with PLM systems like DOORS or AMPS

Nice-to-have

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Defence industry experience in design or support
  • Experience in large-scale data analysis and integration
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall lifecycle impacts
  • Experience with digital engineering tools and modelling
  • Demonstrated business improvement initiative delivery

Key Requirements

  • Eligible for ITAR clearance
  • Able to obtain and maintain NV1 Security Clearance
  • AGSVA security clearance required
  • Extensive experience in highly regulated engineering roles
