Must-have
Laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
Supervise and mentor technical staff
Manage laboratory scientific instrumentation
Coordinate with procurement and engineering
Adhere to safety and quality standards
Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Support 24/7 emergency response
Nice-to-have
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with CMMS work order administration
Flexibility to respond to changing priorities
Build productive cross-functional relationships

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field
5+ years laboratory or calibration/metrology experience
At least 2 years in supervisory or lead technician role
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
