Job Summary
The primary function of the Loan Officer is to sell loan products offered by NewRez and contact prospective clients to develop and maintain referral sources.
Responsibilities include completing thorough loan applications, performing prequalification assessments, negotiating loan terms, and submitting complete loan applications with all required documents.

Key Requirements
Active state MLO license
High-school diploma or GED
3-years lending origination experience
