Job Description: Technical Lead, Enterprise systems Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise Training Learning Management System (TLMS) platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, driving continuous enhancements, and overseeing complex integrations across the platform. In line with an AI-first direction, the incumbent will identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity through automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven insights. The role serves as the key technical owner,translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and ensuringeffective execution across internal teams and vendor ecosystems. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Delivery & TechnicalOwnership Lead end-to-end technical delivery and operations of TLMS platforms Drive issue resolution, defect triage, and system stabilisation Ensure readiness for releases, deployments, and production support Oversee system integrations (e.g. identity, payments, data/reporting pipelines) 2. AI, Automation & ContinuousImprovement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI-enabled capabilities Leverage data and system insights to improve user experience and operational efficiency Support adoption of intelligent tooling (e.g. AI-assisted reporting, triaging, and process optimisation) 3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary technical interface across business, internal teams, and vendors Drive technical discussions, decision-making, and follow-through on deliverables Ensure vendor accountability on performance, quality, and timelines 4. Change, Release & Quality Management Manage lifecycle of change requests (CRs) and system enhancements Validate requirements and ensure readiness for implementation Lead UAT coordination, defect management, and acceptance decisions 5. Data & Platform Governance Oversee data integrity and reporting accuracy across the plat
