Job Summary
The ASIC BU PTE Team is seeking a Product & Test engineer who’ll play a key role in testing state-of-the-art mixed signal & Digital SoC devices.
Key responsibilities include design of innovative, reliable and efficient Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed-signal/Digital ATE platforms.
The role involves execution of Test development phases including Silicon functionality, Characterization, Yield Analysis, Correlation & Offshore Production release.
