Job Summary

  • Manage day-to-day functions including interfacing with Workload Performance Reporting (WPR), environment management, process enforcement, and optimization.
  • Provide warranty and out-of-warranty repair for devices, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to OEM or third-party as needed.
  • Provide IMACD Services for properly authorized and completed IMACD Service Requests and coordinate with Customer personnel and applicable Customer Third Parties.
