Job Summary
This role will be key to developing service solutions that will help engage our distribution partners and grow profitably in the service business.
You will gain hands‑on global project leadership experience, working across regions and cultures, alongside direct exposure to Caterpillar Dealer and Perkins Distributor–facing projects.
This role provides the opportunity to lead enterprise‑level initiatives that drive services growth, while developing strong change management capability to support successful adoption and delivery.

Salary
Base: starting from £66,079; Bonus/Equity: Up to 18% Bonus; Benefits: 25 days annual leave, Car Allowance - £625pcm, Contributory pension scheme, Contributory share scheme, Optional flexible benefits
