Job Summary

  • The Sr. Manager, Facilities & Operations – Central (H) administers leadership for various projects, programs, and assigned departments, overseeing maintenance mechanics, contractors, and other service personnel to ensure high-quality conditions of assigned facilities.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of all steam and reheat systems to assure systems are operating correctly and efficiently, managing and prioritizing maintenance and repair needs and working with vendors to coordinate maintenance and repair when outsourcing is necessary.
