Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Completed mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent
Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
MIG & TIG welding skills
FMCG or manufacturing environment experience
Strong problem-solving tools application
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of SAP PM system
Proven ability to work autonomously
Flexible mindset with resilience
Collaborative team member qualities
5S principles and Manufacturing Excellence standards
Key Requirements
