Job Summary
Rehabilitation team members are licensed or certified professionals who work within a team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services.
Upon referral, the occupational therapist will assess patients and establish plans of care together with the patient and other team members; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of the discipline; provide education and support to patients and families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
