Job Summary
Support enterprise video conferencing and collaboration environments across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and hybrid collaboration spaces.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems powered by Zoom and Google Meet, along with enterprise AV infrastructure.
Provide on-site support for executive meetings, hybrid meetings, and corporate events, working with IT and facilities teams to resolve AV-related issues.
