Job Summary

• Own program financial performance for a portfolio of complex government contracts across multiple contract types, driving predictable outcomes from award through execution and closeout.
• Lead EAC and forecast governance, including setting standards, building/maintaining EACs, driving variance/root-cause analysis, and managing risk/opportunity tracking with mitigation actions.
• Build scalable processes and tooling, including standard templates, dashboards, models, and mechanisms that improve speed, accuracy, and governance as program volume increases.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 8-12+ years DoD/government contract finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS concepts
• Experience supporting manufacturing/production finance
• MBA and/or CPA (preferred)
• DAU Financial Management certification and/or PMP (preferred)
