Must-have

  • 2+ years receiving experience in manufacturing or aerospace
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners
  • Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
  • Ability to read POs, packing lists, and supplier certifications
  • Knowledge of ESD, FOD controls, and hazmat handling practices

Nice-to-have

  • Experience routing hardware to Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)
  • Familiarity with Lean/5S and continuous improvement methodologies
  • APICS/ASCM credentials or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
  • Experience managing shelf-life and temperature-controlled materials
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Supply Chain teams

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee
  • Current forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
  • Background check including DBIDS if on military installation required
